Dear fellow Michigan Tech Alum,
Welcome to the Class of 1998's 10-year Reunion web page! It's a special year for the Class of '98 members as we will celebrate a milestone Michigan Tech anniversary.
During Michigan Tech's all school August Reunion - this year August 7, 8, and 9 - select classes celebrate special anniversaries. Included in this group is the 10-year reunion class - this year the Class of 1998!
Special tables/sections will be set aside at all events to encourage class members to gather. It's a chance for us to share stories and remembrances, and catch up on each other lives since our days in the Copper Country!
This web page will serve as a way for me to communicate with you during the months leading up to reunion. I can share specific plans with you or let you know when reunion registration information will go out in the mail. Hopefully, this page will also encourage enthusiasm for the reunion and convince people to return to campus in August for the celebration.
In addition, the 10-year class traditionally conducts a special fundraising project throughout the year to commemorate this milestone reunion. This page will also provide information on this effort. If you haven't made a contribution in 2007-08, please consider doing so now. This is a great opportunity to show your Tech pride, and help today's students!
Included here are some items specific to the class of 1998 - pictures from our days at Tech, trivia questions on what was happening at the time, gift statistics and information, additional reunion links - and a list of who is planning to attend the reunion in August of 2008.

Gift Project Information
While all new gifts(*) - no matter the designation - made during the 2007-08 (July 1 - June 30) year are counted in the reunion gift total, special emphasis is being placed on Annual Fund support. Annual Fund gifts may be directed to a specific academic department or they may be designated to the general unrestricted account.
Gifts in support of the Class Reunion Gift effort can be made by mail, phone, or on line. Multi-year pledges (up to five years) are also encouraged as the entire pledge amount will be included in the project total.
(*) Payments on prior year pledges are not eligible to be included in the reunion gift total.
