Who Donates to Michigan Tech?
Over 30,000 individuals have contributed to Michigan Tech in one form or another since 2002. From alumni to students, employees to friends, all kinds of people have been touched by Tech and wish to give back to the University. We are truly grateful for each person who gives to the Michigan Tech Fund. From large gifts from prominent donors to small gifts from parents of graduates, each and every gift is important.
Another important group of donors is Michigan Tech's own employees. As the University strives to educate today's youth, employees have the opportunity to help out beyond their normal duties. They can do so through the annual Campus Campaign, which offers all faculty and staff the chance to invest in any program or activity at Michigan Tech. The Michigan Tech Fund has conducted this annual in--house program since 1977. The Campus Campaign is an important tool in getting faculty and staff to participate in supporting the University at any level.

Each year the Michigan Tech Fund recieves thousands of gifts for our University. While all gifts are greatly appreciated and all come from the heart, some gifts stand out from others. All gifts exceeding $25,000 are recognized as major gifts to Michigan Tech and are the cornerstones of support for the university.
