Class of 2008 Tribute Gift Program

Winter Carnival, K-Day, Homecoming Hobos! These are just a few from a long list of proud Michigan Tech traditions - traditions that have enhanced our Michigan Tech experience!
The Michigan Tech Student Foundation (MTSF) would like to add to this memorable list by establishing a new Michigan Tech tradition – a tradition which will positively impact current and future Michigan Tech students.
We invite you and all students receiving their Michigan Tech degree in 2008 to participate in the first-ever Class Tribute Gift Program.
What is it?
The Class of 2008 Tribute Gift Program offers you the opportunity to say a public thank you to someone who has helped you with your Michigan Tech education. Maybe it’s Mom and Dad, a favorite professor, a student organization advisor, or your best friend. With your gift of $20.08, your chosen person (or persons) will be sent a certificate of gratitude, and, in addition, you will be invited to be videotaped saying your thank you message. This thank you video will then be played at commencement and the reception immediately following. What will my gift be used for?
Your contribution to the Class of 2008 Tribute Gift Program will go to support student scholarships at Michigan Tech. Specifically, it will go to the MTSF Endowed Scholarship Fund which currently provides more than $10,000 annually in scholarship support for Michigan Tech students.
What do I need to do?
To participate in the Class of 2008 Tribute Gift Program, we need two things from you. We need your gift commitment and the name(s) of who you are recognizing with your gift. Just click here to take you to the participation form which can be completed and submitted online.
Once your participation form is received and you have made your gift, you will be contacted to set up a time for videotaping.
